Piya Place Langsuan is recognized as one of Bangkok’s most accessible and convenient downtown address. It is close to many of Bangkok’s world-class shopping plazas such as Central Embassy, Central Chidlom Department Store, Peninsula Plaza, Gaysorn Plaza, Grand Hyatt Erawan and Central World. Other facilities are also located nearby such as Bumrungrad Hospital and Chulalongkorn Hospital. Commuting to and from Piya Place Langsuan is easy with the Sukhumvit expressway entrance and exit only 3 kilometers away and the BTS Skytrain Chidlom Station within a three minute walking distance.
Tenants shall request for the telephone lines directly from TOT or TRUE with their own costs. To install those telephone lines, there is the non-refundable installation charge of Baht 5,000.00 per line.
One car parking space, free of charge, for 100 square meter.
Additional spaces shall be provided at a monthly charge of Baht 2,000.00 per space (VAT excluded)
The landlord will collect the electricity and water charge as appeared on the tenants’ utility meters.
1 month deposit is required upon the date of signing the offer letter
2 months deposit shall be payable at least 15 days before the lease commencement date.
