Leasing Information

Telephone Lines
Tenants shall request for the telephone lines directly from:

  • TOT Public Company Limited
  • TRUE Corporation Public Company Limited

The tenant must pay 5,000 baht service fee per line

High speed fiber optic Internet
The tenant must pay a service fee of 10,000 baht per job.

Remark: The above service charges are non-refundable

Car Parking
One car parking space, free of charge, for 100 square meter.
Additional spaces shall be provided at a monthly charge of Baht 1,800.00 per space.

Air-Conditioning Service Time
Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 06:00 p.m.
Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon only
Sunday or public holidays: OT Air

Utility Charges
The landlord will collect the electricity and water charge as appeared on the tenants’ utility meters.

Leased Term
3 Years

Security Deposit

1 month deposit is required upon the date of signing the offer letter
2 months deposit shall be payable at least 15 days before the lease commencement date.
