Tenants shall request for the telephone lines directly from TOT or TRUE with their own costs.
To install those telephone lines, there is the non-refundable installation charge of Baht 5,000.00 per line.

Car Parking
One car parking space, free of charge, for 100 square meter.
Additional spaces shall be provided at a monthly charge of Baht 1,500.00 per space.

Air-Conditioning Service Time
Monday – Friday: 7:30 – 18:00
Saturday: 7:30 – 12:00

Utility Charges
The landlord will collect the electricity and water charge as appeared on the tenants’ utility meters.

Leased Term
3 Years

Security Deposit

1 month deposit is required upon the date of signing the offer letter
2 months deposit shall be payable at least 15 days before the lease commencement date.
