Operate a 22-storey office building for rent on Rama-9 Road, “Vorasombat Building”, in 1998 with ISO 9001:2000 certification, and a 6-storey apartment for rent on Wireless Road, “Kesar Court” in 2004 which has been developed to 26-storey/192-guest room “Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road” opening on 8th January 2015.

Operate an apartment for rent on Soi Tonson, Ploenchit Road, “Piya Place Tonson”, in 2001 and a 20-storey office building for rent on Soi Langsuan, Ploenchit Road, “Piya Place Langsuan” in 2006.

Acquire the land on Sukhumvit Soi 28 and Soi 30 and develop to two apartments for rent in 2013 named “Piya Residence 28” & “Piya Residence 30” (20-Storey & 8-storey buildings), scheduled to be completed in 2017.

Operate 35 units of a 32-storey office condominium building for rent on Rama-9 Road, “Vongvanij Complex Building B”, and a 20-storey office building, “Voravit Building” on Surawongse Road.
Acquire the vacant land of 37 Rais on Ratanathibeth Road to develop an apartment for rent.

Acquire the “Royal Parkview Hotel” on Sukhumvit Soi 20 and develop to 26-storey/240-guest room “Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20”, opening on 29th May 2016.

Acquire the land in Bangkrasor, Nonthaburi province, for future development.
